Disclosure - You & Me (ft. Eliza Doolittle) Baauer Remix

If there is anyone in the world who's ready to bury Harlem Shake, it's Baauer. Sure, it's great for a song to be accepted around the world, enough to inspire even your grandma to upload a viral video. But, almost anything that grows that fast, usually dies even faster.

I've seen the reports that his Coachella set was fake, barely moving a knob and accused of just pressing play and wondered if all this was too much for a 24 year old from Philly. His rise along with the explosion of EDM and more specifically, the Trap genre, seemed like the perfect storm.

However, I'm happy to report that Baauer is not a one-trick pony and all the proof you need is his "drop-less" remix of Disclosure's You & Me. Out with the ultra lounge stroll and soulful vocals and in with enough energy to make your chest explode. It's amazing what some hand claps and sped up vocals can do; don't you think? Be careful around the 3 minute mark, it's too ill for words.

Don't sleep on Disclosure either, these guys are legit and only 2 weeks away from releasing their debut album, Settle. You can pre-order it right now on iTunes for $6.99.Check out the video and give the original version a listen.

Action Bronson - Strictly 4 My Jeeps [Video]

How can you not like Action Bronson? The ex-chef turned fast-rising MC has released a video for Strictly 4 My Jeeps, the first single off of his upcoming mix tape, Saaab Stories. The video, directed by Jason Goldwatch, hits a whole new level of ghetto fabulous with thick chicks, a murdered out jeep and a cameo from Riff Raff.

Expectation are high following last year's classic Blue Chips (produced by Party Supplies) and Rare Chandeliers (produced by Alchemist). This time around Bam Bam Brosonlino partners up with Harry Fraud just in time for summer. Expect it to drop in a couple of weeks.

Classixx - All You're Waiting For (ft. Nancy Whang)

Simply put, Classixx are on a helluva streak. The LA duo of Michael David and Tyler Blake have been featured on the blog before, but if they keep it up, they might need a weekly feature.

In December we heard RAC's remix of Stranger Love, the first taste of their upcoming debut album, Hanging Gardens. March brought the first single, Holding On, followed by another track, Borderline.

Despite all the evidence, I still was completely unprepared for All You're Waiting For, featuring vocals from LCD Soundsystem's Nancy Whang. From the moment you hear that warped synth, it just builds, becoming a tune that is a front-runner for song of the summer.

If for some absurd reason I haven't made my case, you can hear the entire album a week early on NPR's "First Listen". The guys are currently on tour with Dragonette and The Presets, hitting up a bunch of cities, minus Chicago. Their debut album, Hanging Gardens, is scheduled for release, May 14, via Innovative Leisure.
